dips mattress

poor service

i almost gave a good review, but my swim up pool room was compact and the mattress had two body shaped dips. unbelievably, the staff did nothing to monitor the sunbeds at the pool, leaving me in an absolute frenzy. and to add insult, the tv stand blocked the remote! this is not 5-star treatment.

the pool area was a bit small. but the beach was amazing, with soft sand and clear water. plus the kids' corner had great daily activities, and the fresh waffles at the sweet corner were a delicious treat.

exceptional staff

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Andreas at the bar and Arystea at guest services. The room is quite spacious, featuring a private pool, which adds to the comfort. The variety in dining options, especially with themed dinners like seafood and BBQ, is excellent.
